November 9, 2011:   Class of 2015

November 10, 2011:  Class of 2015

Spring 2012 Override Request Form

The Course Override Request form must be submitted to aasc@loyola.edu or to the Academic Advising &Support Center, MH 043, by January 20, 2012. Course overrides are reviewed by the department chair. The form will not be processed if there is a time conflict. You will be notified by an administrator in AASC if approved or denied.

Spring 2012 Last day to Drop/Add

January 20, 5:00PM is the last day for undergraduate students to add/drop Spring 2012 courses.

Continuing full time students may use any computer with Web Advisor internet access to add and drop courses.

In-person dropping and adding courses is available to all students at Academic Advising and Support Center (MH 043).

Spring 2012 - Withdrawal Date

March 30, 5:00 PM is the last day to withdraw from a spring course with a grade of "W".  Students must have the signatures of their professor, faculty advisor, administrator from the Office of Academic Affairs for Varsity Athletics (for varsity athletes), and an administrator from the Academic Advising and Support Center.  No exceptions or extensions can be granted.
