Military Leave

The College grants military leaves of absence to employees who volunteer or are called to serve on active duty in the armed forces of the United States. Any regular employee called to active duty for National Guard or Reserve training duty receives up to fifteen (15) calendar days of paid leave during any calendar year.

Jury Duty

A regular or provisional employee summoned for jury duty or subpoenaed to testify is, upon presentation of the summons or subpoena, authorized to be absent from his/her work for the actual time required by such service.
