The Human Resources Department strives to create a workplace and working community at Loyola College which model for our students "strong truths, well lived." Our vision is of faculty, staff, and administrators working together as colleagues to fulfill Loyola's mission and their own potentials. This department would like the College to be a place where people come to work not just because they are valued, but also because they value the work.

The Loyola College Community of faculty, staff, and administrators includes both religious and lay women and men and counts among its numbers representatives of the world's wide variety of religious, racial, and cultural groups. While our creeds and beliefs sometimes differ, we are all collaborators in an important endeavor, striving together to realize the Ignatian vision of education at Loyola College. Individually and collectively we are called to serve others with care and concern for the whole person that is at the heart of Jesuit education.
