The Athletics Annual Giving Office coordinates the University's annual fundraising efforts on behalf of its 18 varsity programs and general Athletics Fund, seeking support from alumni, parents and friends by utilizing thorough digital and interpersonal communications, as well as through special events, home athletic contests and volunteer efforts. The Graduate Assistant serves as a support to these fund-raising efforts. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Daily research and reporting and general management support; · Management of Athletics Special Events. Coordination of data, creation of invitations and management of responses. Direct event support also required when available; · Advancement Support. Producing briefings, creating monthly reports and periodic research assignments; · Attaining general knowledge of the donor database, Colleague Advancement, and using as needed for research, reporting, and data entry; · General office tasks as necessary including filing, preparation of data for mail merges and labeling and stuffing of mailings. |
