• Establish and maintain regular office hours. In addition to regular office hours, some night and weekend work will be required. • Provide assistance to the Associate Director for the Late Night and Coffeehouse programs. Tasks include updating weekly flyers, interacting with the Greyhound (student newspaper), organizing events, and coordinating with other offices on campus that sponsor Late Night programs. • Plan and execute Late Night events, when necessary. This includes securing transportation to and from the event, ordering tickets, organizing a ticket/transportation sign up sheet, and publicizing the event. In addition to Late Night flyers, additional flyers may be created to advertise a specific event, as well as banners and Newshound blogs. • Provide coverage at designated social events throughout the school year, which are assigned by virtue of the nature of events planned by the Office of Student Activities. Such events include: Family Weekend events, Late Night program events, Senior Class Socials, and other events TBD. • Provide support to the Office Assistant and Office Manager in the daily operations of the office, such as answering phones, fielding questions on programs from students and parents, and general office administration. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director, Associate, and Assistant Director(s) of Student Activities. |
