The College will provide one additional holiday during the summer to be chosen by the employee in consultation with his or her supervisor.

Persons required to work on any given holiday will be entitled to take a compensatory holiday, at a later time, subject to supervisor's scheduling. As another option, hourly employees may be paid holiday plus overtime for any hours worked over the regular schedule for the week.
