The Loyola Soccer Club provides opportunities for alumni, parents and friends to support the Men's Soccer program of Loyola College in Maryland.

Joining The Loyola Soccer Club at any level includes an in-depth look into the Loyola Men's Soccer program, an exclusive adidas gear package and special social invitations. The purpose of the Loyola Soccer Club is two-fold:

• To provide a vehicle for alumni, parents and friends of Loyola College Men's Soccer to stay connected with the program through attendance both at games as well as social events.
• To assist with the financial responsibilities associated with fielding a major Division I Men's Soccer program.

To ensure the continued success of the team, the Loyola College Men's Soccer program is increasing its efforts to encourage annual philanthropic support via the Loyola Soccer Club. This support will be used to cover additional operating costs of the team which will improve the competitiveness and visibility of the Greyhounds as well as enhance the overall experience for each of our student-athletes.

Leadership

The Loyola Soccer Club is chaired by Joe Barger '89. A four-year Men's Soccer lettermen, Joe was a member of the Greyhound 1986 and 1987 National Tournament teams.  Barger also competed on the Loyola Men's Lacrosse team as a senior. In 2007, Joe was recognized for his soccer prowess with an induction into the Maryland Soccer Hall of Fame. He currently resides in Fallston, MD with his wife Kristin and their four children, Nate, Gavin, Keegan, and Finley. Barger is a Principal for Academy Financial, Inc.

Bill Harte '94, Christof Lindenmayer '00, Vinnie Piscopo '06 and Jo-Ann Taylor each serve as Co-Chairs for the Loyola Soccer Club.
