Looking for a bright, hardworking college student to work for you next summer? Submit your opportunity to Loyola University Maryland's Internship Challenge, which aims to attract 200 paid and unpaid positions for its rising juniors and seniors for the summer of 2010.

Internship Challenge opportunities can be located in any state or industry, and students of all Loyola majors are expected to participate in the program. The positions can be pre-existing roles or ones developed specifically for the Internship Challenge.

"Real-life workplace experience is critical in helping our students develop the knowledge and skills they need to navigate the job search as they prepare to graduate," said CreSaundra Sills, director of the Career Center at Loyola. "We want to give our students every possible opportunity to become strong candidates for the positions they seek, and we also want them to develop the expertise and professional qualities to be successful in their future endeavors."

Students seeking Internship Challenge positions must complete an application, receive a résumé critique, and attend a mandatory workshop.
