Application Materials Tracker for Transfer Students

This site is provided so that you may track your application materials as they arrive here for processing. Please have the username and password provided to you in your acknowledgement e-mail handy in order to access the system. We recommend you use the latest version of Windows Internet Explorer to ensure compatibility.

All transfer application materials need to be submitted by the following deadlines: Spring Enrollment - November 15; Fall Enrollment - July 15. In many cases, transfer applicants are given a final decision in the first review. Sometimes the Admission Committee asks to see results for courses in progress. Final decisions are based on the following factors: a student's overall record, a student's performance in recent work, the number of applications received, and the number of spaces available.

The information you are about to access is live and in progress, so it may change over the course of a day. It is also specific to you and the type of application you have filed, so the required documents may vary slightly if you make any changes to your application during the cycle. Documents may take several days to appear as received due to USPS delivery, downloading schedules, and volume of materials in process. It will take two to four weeks for documents to be entered into the system from the time they are received in our office.
