This site is provided so that you may track your application materials as they arrive here for processing. Please have the username and password provided to you in your acknowledgement e-mail handy in order to access the system. We recommend you use the latest version of Windows Internet Explorer to ensure compatibility.
For a first-year application to be considered complete, all application materials need to be submitted by the following deadlines: Early Action - November 1; Regular Decision - January 15. You will receive written notification of your admission status by January 15 for Early Action or March 15 for Regular Decision. (Please note: Applications for Regular Decision will not be processed until closer to the Regular Decision deadline.)
Applications may be submitted after our deadline and will be considered on a space available basis.
If you have decided to submit your SAT/ACT scores as part of your application, please contact the testing agency to send your scores electronically. Students who submitted the Common Application must submit the Supplement. If you have not yet submitted the Supplement, download it at www.commonapp.org or www.loyola.edu/admission/apply and e-mail it to: admission@loyola.edu.
The information you are about to access is live and in progress, so it may change over the course of a day. It is also specific to you and the type of application you have filed, so the required documents may vary slightly if you make any changes to your application during the cycle. Documents may take several days to appear as received due to USPS delivery, downloading schedules, and volume of materials in process. It will take two to four weeks for documents to be entered into the system from the time they are received in our office.
