After graduating from Loyola, the founder and CEO of Baltimore-based MindGrub Technologies began a graduate program in educational technology at Johns Hopkins and teaching math and computer science in Maryland. The dot-com bubble hit in 2000, and Todd started a digital agency with friends that focused on websites and eLearning before going out on his own. With more than 80 employees and growing, Mindgrub is a software development and digital marketing firm that has earned a place on the Inc 5000 list of the fastest growing companies in America.
