February 28, 2008	Department Chairs	The Department Chairs meet in small groups to discuss and provide feedback on the Global, Undergraduate, and Graduate Initiatives. The Faculty Conference representatives are the discussion facilitators.
March 11, 2008	SGA	Fr. Linnane meets with the SGA to discuss the Strategic Plan.
March 12, 2008	Drafting Committee	The Drafting Committee prepares a revised draft of the Introductory section as well as the Undergraduate, Graduate, and Global Initiatives for the Cabinet's consideration on 3/18.
March 18, 2008	Conference	Fr. Linnane will meet with the Conference to discuss the possibility of changing our name from Loyola College to Loyola University.
March 18, 2008	Cabinet	The Cabinet will review the Drafting Committee's revisions (Inrtoductory section as well as the Undergraduate, Graduate, and Global Initiatives); will review and discuss (revised) scope ideas for Athletics, York Road, and Catholic Partnerships Initiatives; and will begin to prioritize.
March 25, 2008	Cabinet	The Cabinet will consider revisions, if any, of the Ahtletics, York Road, and Catholic Partnerships Initiatives, and continue prioritizing initiatives, as necessary.
March 26, 2008	Drafting Committee	The Drafting Committee will consider the Cabinet's feedback of the Introductory section as well as the Undergraduate, Graduate, and Global Initiatives.
March 27, 2008	Faculty	Faculty members will meet with Fr. Linnane and the Cabinet to discuss the possibility of changing our name form Loyola College to Loyola University.
April 1, 2008	Conference	Conference members will meet in small working groups to discuss and provide feedback on the Ahtletics, York Road, and Catholic Partnerships Initiatives.
April 1, 2008	Cabinet	The Cabinet will discuss Conference and faculty feedback on the possibility of changing our name from Loyola College to Loyola University.
April 2, 2008	Drafting Committee	The Drafting Committee will receive, by email, Conference feedback on the Ahtletics, York Road, and Catholic Partnerships Initiatives. Committee members will prepare and circulate revisions of these initiatives.
April 9, 2008	Cabinet	The Cabinet will consider the draft Plan prepared by the Drafting Committee for the Board of Trustees' meeting on 4/16. The Cabinet will begin to discuss the resource needs and funding opportunities for high priority initiatives, and will discuss sequencing of initiatives.
April 9, 2008	Drafting Committee	The Drafting Committee will consider Cabinet feedback and will finalize the draft Plan for the Board of Trustees' meeting on 4/16.
April 15, 2008	Conference	Elizabeth Scarborough will give a report on the market research project. The Conference will hear a report from the Working Group on Living-Learning Communities for First-Year Students.
April 15, 2008	Cabinet	The Cabinet will prepare, in advance of the meeting, and consider, at the meeting, the relationship(s) between the initiatives and the 5 attributes.
April 16, 2008	Board of Trustees	The Board of Trustees will hear an update on the Plan and provide feedback.
April 29, 2008	Conference	The Conference will engage in a brainstorming session on Key Indicators and Measures.
April 29, 2008	Cabinet	The Cabinet will prepare, in advance of the meeting, and consider, at the meeting, a list of ongoing operational assumptions that should be included in Appendix D.
April 29, 2008	Faculty Assembly	The Faculty Assembly will hear a report from the Living and Learning Communities Working Group.
april 29, 2008	Alumni Association Past President's Reception	Fr. Linnane meets with the Alumni Association to discuss the Strategic Plan.
April 30, 2008	Director's Luncheon	Fr. Linnane meets with Directors to discuss the Strategic Plan. The Working Group on Living-Learning Communities for First-Year Students reports to the Directors.
May 5, 2008	Finance Division Directors	The Finance Division Directors will hear an update on the Plan and provide feedback.
May 6, 2008	Senate	The Senate will hear and discuss a report from the Working Group on Living-Learning Communities for First-Year Students.
May 7, 2008	Cabinet	The Cabinet will review recommendations from the Data Working Group about Strategic Indicators and Measures for Appendix A.
May 9, 2008	Staff Luncheon	Fr. Linnane meets with the Staff to discuss the Strategic Plan.
May 13, 2008	Conference	The Conference, at its last meeting of the year, will review and discuss the Plan to date.
May 13, 2008	Alumni Association Board Meeting	Fr. Linnane meets with the Alumni Association to discuss the Strategic Plan.
May 14, 2008	Enrollment Management and Communications	The Enrollment Management and Communications Division will hear an update on the Plan and provide feedback.
May 14, 2008	Faculty	Message sent to all tenured and tenure-track faculty members telling them that the Strategic Plan Version 7.3 has been posted and reminding them to check the Strategic Planning Discussion Board throughout the summer.
