Loyola's Department of Computer Science offers exciting programs and courses in the computing sciences at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Graduate programs include a Master's Degree in Computer Science, a Master's Degree in Software Engineering, and non-degree programs.
Our undergraduate programs are offered at the Evergreen Campus in Baltimore. Undergraduate programs include a Bachelor of Science, a five-year bachelor/master's degree, and other programs.
The undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Computer Science is accredited by ABET. This does not apply to the Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and other degrees.
Our evening graduate programs are offered at the Columbia, MD and Timonium, MD graduate centers. Loyola offers admission to the graduate programs for those with bachelor's degrees in computing-related fields as well as for those with bachelor's degrees in fields other than computer science. The latter start with a sequence of preparatory courses.
