  Dr. Michiko Iwasaki presented with Masters Clinical Thesis students, Christina Thai and Sofie Friedman, at the 122nd American Psychological Association (APA) Annual Convention held in Washington, DC from August 7-10, 2014.
  Masters Clinical Thesis students, Christina Thai and Sofie Friedman presented with Dr. Michiko Iwasaki at this year's American Asian Psychological Association (AAPA) Convention, "Bringing Asian American Psychology to the Forefront of Policy and Community Engagement," held at George Washington University in Washington, DC on August 6, 2014.
  Dr. Michiko Iwasaki and her research assistants presented at this year's Great Lakes Regional Counseling Psychology Conference, "Building Bridges Within the World of Counseling Psychology and Beyond Its Borders," held at Cleveland State University in Ohio from April 11-12, 2014.
  Brett Kirkpatrick (Masters Clinical Psychology - Thesis Track) and Dr. Michiko Iwaski presented at this year's Counseling Psychology Conference, "Counseling Psychology in Action: Future Opportunities and Challenges," held in Atlanta, GA from March 13-16, 2014.
  Matthew Shannon (Masters Clinical Psychology - Thesis Track) attended the 25th Annual Association of Psychological Science Convention held in Washington, DC from May 23-26, 2013 where he participated in APS Student Caucus meetings, poster sessions, symposia and met Nobel Prize Winner, Daniel Kahneman. Matthew presented a poster entitled, "Torture By Any Other Name: A Study on the Relation Between of Euphimisms and the Support of Torture" for fellow student Kate Lunsford, M.S. Clinical Psychology - Thesis Track, who was not able to attend the event.

Mansi Mehta (Masters, Clinical Psychology - Thesis Track) presented her work on her work on resilience at the 14th Annual Meeting of the Society for Personality and Social Psychology in New Orleans, LA on January 17-19, 2013.


Julia Hernandez (Masters, Clinical Psychology - Thesis-Track) presented her thesis study along with her advisor, Dr. Carolyn Barry, at the Society for Research in Child Development Themed Meeting on the Transition to Adulthood in Tampa, FL on October 18, 2012.
