The 15th annual Undergraduate Student Research & Scholarship Colloquium was held on Friday, April 16th in McGuire Hall. This year's colloquium had many strong psychology entries in the social sciences division and several winners including Kayla Abbatello and Kaitlyn Connelly mentored by Dr. Dinoato, which placed first in the oral presentations, and Sarah Ortiz mentored by Dr. Grover, which placed third. In the poster session, the team of Rebecca LaCosta, Rachelle Koehl, Marie Almojuela, Eric Weinstein, and Ryan McQueen mentored by Dr. Carlucci placed first while Laura Andrews mentored by Dr. Dinoato placed third. Dr. Papadakis, Dr. Bike and Dr. Loomis were served as faculty reviewers for the social science submissions; Dr. Kotchick and Dr. Carlucci judged the social science oral presentations, and Dr. Iwasaki and Dr. Higginson judged the social science poster session. Thank all of you who encouraged students to submit to the USRSC and then mentored them through the process. Visit last year’s 2013 USRSC
