| How to arrange note-takers: - It is preferred that you speak to instructors before requesting notes to discuss the best way to receive notes. Instructors can often accommodate students in the classroom (e.g., with notes on Blackboard).
- Notes will not be provided for classes prior to the date that Disability Support Services receives your request.
- You will only receive notes for classes in which you are present.
- Notes are expected to be available for pick up from the Jenkins Study by the next class.
- Notes will be held for two weeks in the Jenkins Study. Disability Support Services will suspend note-taking services for students who do not pick up notes within two weeks unless notified otherwise.
- Notes are the property of Disability Support Services and are for the use of the student requesting them. They are not to be reproduced.
- If the note-taker is not meeting his or her obligation, please contact Disability Support Services.
- Finally, it is your responsibility to notify Disability Support Services if you drop the class for which notes are being provided.
