Studio Arts Degree Information

Visual arts majors with a studio arts concentration take SA 224, SA 225, AH 111, one AH course 200-level or above, PT270 and ten upper-level SA courses.

Interdisciplinary Studio Arts majors take SA 224, SA 225, AH111, four additional upper-division studio arts courses, and either SA 400 (Professional Practices for Artists) or do a Senior Project (SA412).

Visual arts minors with a studio arts focus take SA 224, SA 225, four additional upper-division studio arts courses, and one art history course.

Students must complete the diversity requirement through a designated diversity core, major, or elective course (see Diversity Requirement under Curriculum and Policies).
