Most students studying art history at Loyola University Maryland choose to spend a semester or year studying abroad. Recently students have attended programs in Paris, Rome, Florence, Bangkok, and Copenhagen. Study abroad enriches the students' understanding of the discipline as they directly encounter many of the world's most famous works of art, many still in their orignal settings. | Art History Major Colleen Grant ('11) standing in front of the Jesuit Mother Church of Il Gesu in Rome.
