Electronic Music Studio

This is a hands-on course in digital audio recording, mixing and mastering. Students produce a number of CD recordings during the semester. Topics include tracking, equalization, panning, effects and sequencing. This course is open to all students with the proper prerequisites.

  • Dr. Jim Bunzli is directing The Exonerated at Everman Theatre (1727 N. Charles St., Baltimore). Written by Jennifer Blank and Erik Jensen The Exonerated is based on interviews, transcripts and letters and tells the true stories of six wrongfully convicted survivors of death row. Performances are Monday evenings until 12/14.
  • The Loyola College Jazz Ensemble under the direction of Dr. Anthony Villa will perform on Thurs., December 3 at 8 pm in McManus Theater.
  • Music at Loyola presents a Student Recital on Monday, December 7 at 7 pm in McManus Theater.
  • The Loyola Chorale and Madrigals under the direction of Ernst Liotti will perform in Alumni Chapel on Weds., December 9 at 7:30 pm.
  • The 2009 Faculty Biennial exhibition with be on display in the Julio Fine Arts Gallery on the Loyola University campus from November 11-December 9.
