Each semester there is a designated arrival date for exchange students.  Please refer to the exchange student calendar for current arrival dates.  On the date given, you will be able to move into housing at Loyola and we will offer a pick-up service at BWI Airport, Baltimore’s Penn Station, and the Baltimore Greyhound bus terminals.

It is important to note that we do not offer pick-up service from any of the Washington D.C. airports (Washington/Dulles Airport and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport).  Both airports are located roughly one hour from Baltimore via one of the nation’s most congested highway systems.  Travel to Baltimore from these airports can be expensive, difficult and time consuming.

If you arrive into the airport, train or bus terminals listed in Baltimore, you will be met by a Loyola student who will drive you to campus.  You will check into your room on campus.  That evening, we hold a group dinner, and then the following morning starts our orientation program.

You are required to submit to us a Travel Itinerary form (see How To Apply) at least three weeks prior to your arrival.  This information helps us to schedule your pick-up service.
