Course Rotation

Not all courses are offered every semester. When you plan your Junior and Senior years, you need to be aware of our Course Rotation. You should especially be aware of which courses are offered in which year. The good news is that this two-year scheme allows us to offer a wide variety of courses. The bad news is that you need to take a particular course in the year when it comes around. So, map out your Mathematics and Statistics courses for your Junior AND Senior years now!! You can certainly change your plans as time moves along. But you should certainly note those courses which you know you want to or need to take. Above all -- SEE YOUR ADVISOR!! HE/SHE KNOWS ALL!!

Note that MA 107, ST 110, MA 151, ST 210, MA 251, and MA 252 are offered every semester.

300 Level Courses: (Offered every year)
T
hese 300 level courses are required for the Mathematics and Statistics Majors
(although MA304 is not required for the Statistics Major)

Mathematics Majors: (and 300-level courses in the two-year rotation)
Note that O/E refers to the academic year in which the Fall semester is an odd numbered year and the Spring semester is an even numbered year.
E/O is similarly defined.
