Continuing Education Cancellation Policy

Students in classroom
  • A continuing education offering will be canceled if it does not reach the minimum of 10-12 pre-registered participants (in order to meet necessary expenses).
  • Cancellations received at least five working days before the seminar are refundable less a $25.00 administrative charge per registrant.
  • For cancellations received later, a credit will be issued toward a future seminar.
  • In the event that a seminar/presentation must be canceled, all pre-registered participants will be notified by the pastoral counseling department.
  • In the event that a seminar is canceled, your full registration fee will be refunded. If requested, submitted registration fees for canceled seminars may be credited to a future seminar.
