The accelerated program, counseling thesis track, is best suited for students interested in pursuing a doctorate in counseling psychology (Ph.D.). Students in this track will gain experience with basic counseling skills, as well as research experience through a research externship and thesis.

Students with interest in the Accelerated Program who meet the GPA requirement are encouraged to apply. Applications may be obtained from the departmental secretary. When completing the application, students should indicate if applying to the Clinical Thesis Track or the Counseling Thesis Track.
