Summer Research Grants

The Summer Research Grant program offers a $4,000 stipend to tenured and tenure-track faculty members for the conduct of research in their discipline. Generally, 35 awards are made each year. Grants are recommended by the Research and Sabbatical Committee and approved by the Vice President for Academic Affairs. The original and ten copies of the proposal, with only the original bearing the cover page, should be submitted to the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs, HU143a. This is a blind competition, therefore, copies should contain no identifying information.
