    Fringe Benefit Rate:
    Senior Personnel: 28% of salary/wage line during the academic year and 7.65% during the summer months.
    Students: For full time students (at least 12 credits), fringe benefits are not budgeted. If students are less than full-time, including during the summer, FICA is written into the budget at 7.65%.
