Summer Research Grants Applications for Summer Research Grants are due annually by 5 p.m. on the first Friday of the Spring Semester. This year's submission period has now closed. The Summer Research Grant program offers a $4,000 stipend to tenured and tenure-track faculty members for the conduct of research in their discipline. Generally, 35 awards are made each year. Grants are recommended by the Research and Sabbatical Committee and approved by the Vice President for Academic Affairs.
