At Loyola, we place a high priority on the education of the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. The classroom experience is important, of course, but what happens outside the classroom is just as essential. That's where the University's student services come in. The following services draw their operating budgets from student services resources:

  • Counseling Center
  • student health services
  • ALANA services (African, Latino, Asian and Native American)
  • Campus Ministry
  • disability support services
  • recreational sports
  • WLOY radio
  • Greycomm Studios television

So does the Career Center, which plays such a vital part in helping students like the four who accepted offers to attend the Governor's Summer Internship program, find their professional paths. Student services funds also support Loyola's 18 NCAA Division I Greyhounds teams. As a result, gifts to the Evergreen Fund will play a critical role in helping all the Hounds teams reach their next championship season. The 2013-14 school year will be the first year the Hounds will be members of the Patriot League.
