About the Program
The Loyola Executive Alumni Association Mentoring Program is offered to unite and utilize the talents of Alumni Scholars and community professionals through the nurturing of a one-to-one relationship that contributes to the integrity, strength and success of personal and professional development. This will be achieved by building a reservoir of networking relationships, continuing education and enthusiasm that will be mutually beneficial to both Mentors and Protégés. History
The Loyola Executive Alumni Association Mentoring Program was developed in 2006 by Loyola Executive Alumni in cooperation with the Loyola College Office of Alumni Relations. The intended purpose of this program is to connect Protégés with Mentors who share their experience and wisdom of business leadership skills, professional success factors, management skills, team building, and communication skills. As participants of this program, Protégés and Mentors will have the opportunity to demonstrate their commitment to continued professional development, networking, and an exchange of ideas between experienced professionals and the next generation of leaders. This marks the beginning of a lasting relationship that will expand and enrich growth and success both professionally and personally. Participants focus on action plans for development.

A risk-free environment is established in support of an open and trusting relationship.
Feedback on the success of the program is collected, evaluated and acted upon.
