The Mentoring program is conducted over a 6-month cycle of engagement. Each cycle begins with a competitive application and review process. Protégé applicants are selected and matched with Mentors that possess the expertise, resources and leadership to best guide their success. During the cycle, the Mentor-Protégé team identifies strategies for developing and accelerating professional and personal growth.  At the end of the cycle, both our Mentor and Protégés exit the program and are empowered to grow and thrive.

The above information will be limited in use to the Executive Alumni Association Board of Loyola College to facilitate the matching process between Mentors and Protégés.  A copy of the form will be provided only to your assigned Mentor for background purposes, as Protégés will receive similar background information on their assigned Mentor.

Note: Information from the Protégé applications and the Mentor applications will be used and maintained only for the purpose of assigning Mentors and Proteges to professional mentoring relationships under the terms of the Executive Alumni Association Mentoring Program (hereinafter referred to as "the Program"). For Proteges, a copy of the form will be provided only to your assigned Mentor. For Mentors, a copy of the form will be provided only to your assigned Protégé.

Proteges and Mentors will be asked to sign a Mentoring Agreement in order to participate in the Program.

The Program is volunteer-based. Some of the subject matter discussed as part of the Program may be beyond the scope of the Mentor and may require professional assistance. Participants agree to a no-fault conclusion of the relationship if either party feels that the intended goals of the Program are not being met.

Deadline for submission is January 30, 2008.
