Loyola College Motor Pool, Parking and Transportation

All drivers must be cleared by the College. See "New Driver Clearance Policy".
Driver is responsible for following all the"Rules of Road". Traffic tickets are the responsibility of the driver and must be paid within 7 days.
Seatbelts must be worn at all times by all passengers.
No one may operate a Loyola vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
If involved in an accident, driver must notify Motor Pool at 410-617-5396 and sponsoring Department immediately. Written Accident Report must be returned with vehicle, to Ms. Donna Crawford, the Motor Pool Coordinator.
Drivers of 15-passenger vans must take the Van Training Course before driving a 15-passenger van, and a yearly road test. See "New Driver Process for 15-Passenger Van."
College-owned/leased vehicles are for official college purposes. Personal use of College-owned/leased vehicles is prohibited.
College vehicles may not be loaned or rented due to insurance requirements.
Drivers must complete mileages, fuel and remove trash from the vehicle upon return.
Picking up hitch-hikers is prohibited.
