Our positions include "set" and "on-call" hours, mornings, afternoons, evenings, Saturdays and Sundays, to fit your busy schedule. Job Description Responsible to the Office Manager/Shuttle Coordinator for providing assistance to the Department of Transportation & Parking as a driver for shuttle services requested by the College community. Qualifications: - Friendly
- Must meet the approval of the Office of Financial Aid (Designated as Work-Study or Direct-Hire status).
- Must possess a valid drivers license and safe driving record.
- Must be van-driver trained or be willing to be van trained.
- Must possess good interpersonal skills.
- Must possess the ability to deal with situations through effective decision making.
- Must possess the ability to commit to a schedule & arrive for work on time.
Positions Available - School Runs - Pickup or drop off Loyola students with internships at local schools-mornings and afternoons
- Shuttle (Day & Evening Shifts-7days/week) - Drive our van along scheduled routes on & near campus
- Charters - Drive College van for organizations on trips
- Fill-in work - On call as needed

Motor Pool / Office Assistant The Department of Transportation and Parking has positions open for Motor Pool & Office Assistants. We are looking for students who are willing to work with people and perform a variety of office work. Our available hours are mornings, evenings, Saturdays and Sundays, to fit your busy schedule. Job Description Students will check in and check out vehicles, write up reservations, answer phones and file. Students will also perform routine office duties such as copying, ordering supplies and data entry. Qualifications - Computer experience a must
- Friendly and willing to do a variety of office work and driving
- Valid drivers license from any state
- Good driving record
- Van trained or willing to be trained
- Able to report to work regularly and on time
- Driving: assist with moving vehicles on campus and from various outside locations
