In keeping with the campus policy, parking is reserved according to the guidelines below. Reserved parking is located at the Jenkins lot. The following groups may have reserved parking: - Board of Trustees
- Advisory Board Members, such as: Accounting Advisory Board, Psychology Advisory Board, Mount St. Agnes Board Members, etc.
- Requests for the President and Vice-Presidents
- Athletics:
- Parking is generally reserved on Ennis Parallel for the game officials. Game dates are forwarded by Athletics.
- Buses must unload on Ennis Parallel and park at The Fitness and Aquatic Center. The Athletic Department has been advised of these conditions.
- Admissions
- Requests for Large Groups:
- On Campus:
- Sponsored event must have the approval of the Office of the President or one of the Vice-Presidents.
- Must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before date of event.
- All pertinent details must be included, i.e.: name of group, date of event, # of spaces requested, whether or not signs will be provided, whether or not they will provide assistance in directing group to parking area.
- Transportation & Parking will notify the College Community via Newshound, GroupWise and Parking Alert Flyers.
- Transportation & Parking will notify Public Safety.
- Reserve additional shuttle service if necessary.
- Off Campus
- If necessary, provide additional shuttle service.
- Notify Public Safety.
*All other requests are handled on a case by case basis. These requests can usually be accommodated by issuing a "Special Parking Permit" and guests are advised to park in the space reserved. |
