Parking Reservation Guidelines

In keeping with the campus policy, parking is reserved according to the guidelines below.  Reserved parking is located at the Jenkins lot. The following groups may have reserved parking:

  1. Board of Trustees
  2. Advisory Board Members, such as: Accounting Advisory Board, Psychology Advisory Board, Mount St. Agnes Board Members, etc.
  3. Requests for the President and Vice-Presidents
  4. Athletics:
    1. Parking is generally reserved on Ennis Parallel for the game officials. Game dates are forwarded by Athletics.
    2. Buses must unload on Ennis Parallel and park at The Fitness and Aquatic Center. The Athletic Department has been advised of these conditions.
  5. Admissions
  6. Requests for Large Groups:
    1. On Campus:
      1. Sponsored event must have the approval of the Office of the President or one of the Vice-Presidents.
      2. Must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before date of event.
      3. All pertinent details must be included, i.e.: name of group, date of event, # of spaces requested, whether or not signs will be provided, whether or not they will provide assistance in directing group to parking area.
      4. Transportation & Parking will notify the College Community via Newshound, GroupWise and Parking Alert Flyers.
      5. Transportation & Parking will notify Public Safety.
      6. Reserve additional shuttle service if necessary.
    2. Off Campus
      1. If necessary, provide additional shuttle service.
      2. Notify Public Safety.

*All other requests are handled on a case by case basis. These requests can usually be accommodated by issuing a "Special Parking Permit" and guests are advised to park in the space reserved.
