The Department of Justice: ADA Home Page provides information, technical assistance, and publications on the Public Service and Public accommodations provisions of the ADA. United States Department of Transportation is responsible for enforcing the transportation provisions of the ADA. The Job Accommodations Network (JAN) has an exhaustive amount of resources, publications, and information on all aspects of the ADA. The Department of Labor has the Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP), which seeks to increase opportunities for individuals with disabilities by expanding access to employment, training, education, adaptive technology and other supports.
