How to Register with DSS

To register with Disability Support Services, take the following three steps:

Step One:

Complete a DSS application

Step Two

Provide documentation of disability, which meets Loyola College guidelines regarding the documentation of a disability. Evaluations must be current and as a guideline, Loyola generally requires documentation prepared within the past three years for conditions whose impact on education may change over time. The DSS Office reserves the right to request an updated or more extensive evaluation.Guidelines for the written can be obtained on-line through the following links:
