To register with Disability Support Services, take the following three steps:

Complete a DSS application
Step Two
Provide documentation of disability, which meets Loyola College guidelines regarding the documentation of a disability. Evaluations must be current and as a guideline, Loyola generally requires documentation prepared within the past three years for conditions whose impact on education may change over time.
