Kristin oversees the Executive Board and serves as the liaison between the RAC and the SGA. She represents the resident as a member of the SGA Executive Council, to the Director and Assistant Directors of Student Life, and to the community at large. Furthermore, Kristen is responsible for organizing social and educational activities in conjunction with the offices of the Student Activities and Student Life. |
 | Vice President Of Policy – Atiya Yearwood, akyearwood@loyola.edu Katelynn keeps the executive board informed of the current resident issues. She also works closely with administrators to see that resident concerns are being addressed. Katelynn organizes monthly open forums for residents and adminstrators to come together to discuss campus issues. In addition, the she works closely with the house presidents and handles their election and training. |

Cecilia keeps the executive board informed of upcoming events and the planning of major events. These include but are not limited to, RAC Week, Snowball Dance, Mr. & Mrs. Loyola, and campus fundraisers. She is also responsible for establishing a calendar of events for the coming year. Cecilia works with the VP of Public Relations and the Chief of Staff to inform the campus of such events. |

Samantha maintains an accurate budget for the RAC funds and is required to keep the moderator/advisor and the Executive Board informed of the budget. She handles any necessary business transactions of the RAC and to coordinate all fund-raising events for the RAC. |

Kathryn compiles and makes working minutes of RAC meetings available to the resident student body at large. She coordinates the collection and record keeping for Area meetings. Katherine is also responsible for the creation and distribution of ‘publicity’ for all RAC events and co-sponsored events, activities and actions. She submits articles/notification of upcoming events to the Greyhound. |

Nicole reports to the RAC executive board on local Baltimore events and happenings. Organize community service projects for RAC exec board and the Loyola campus to get involved with. Work with the VP Social and Chief of Staff to publicize events, makes VP Policy aware of various policy issues dealing with surrounding community. Help Area Presidents plan community service events for their areas. |

Alexis serves as Loyola's Representative to NACURH (National Association of College and Universtiy Residence Halls). Keeps Loyola RAC updated on National Issues and conference info. Coordinates securing grants and funding for conferences. Attends and signs delegates up for regional and national conferences. Submits all necessary paperwokd to NACURH for yearly reapplication. |

Ashley will serve as the liason between RAC and the Student Life Staff. Ashley will work closely with area leadership team-RA advisors regarding the role they play promoting the building of community. Ashley will also support RAC executive board members facilitating training sessions to RA's. |
