Welcome to the Gardens Area Residence Halls

These residence halls are located on the west side of Loyola's campus.  They are available to junior and senior resident students.  Avila, Bellarmine, Claver, and Dorothy Day all offer apartment style living housing 6 students to each apartment. Each apartment contains the following:

  • Kitchen / Dining Area
  • 3 Bedrooms
  • Living Room
  • 2 Bathrooms

All Gardens apartments are fully carpeted and have individually controlled air conditioning and heating. Each bedroom has its own telephone extension and two built-in closets. There are newly updated laundry rooms located on the ground floor of Avila, Bellarmine, and Dorothy Day Halls.

Grady House, a special interest community for student leaders, is located in Dorothy Day Hall.
