All Loyola College employees and students are required to have a current ID card (Campus OneCard) in their possession while on Campus. ID cards for employees and upperclassmen can be obtained from Student Administrative Services located in Maryland Hall, Room 140, Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM and on Fridays from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Incoming freshmen photographs are taken during Summer Orientation and ID cards are distributed on their return in the Fall. The card is primarily used for identification and use of the Loyola College/Notre Dame Library. Other features may include a flexible spending account (Evergreen Account), a restricted meal account, and access to certain facilities and parking lot gates on the Campus. Additional features will be added in the future. If your card is lost, please notify the College immediately so that no one else can use your card. You may notify SAS during regular office hours and Campus Security at (410)-617-5010 at any other time. There is a $15 replacement fee for all lost cards, payable by cash, check, credit card, or Evergreen account. Return to the SAS Home Page |
