The Division of Student Development is dedicated to valuing diversity and educating the College community about diversity. Diversity is a key value to the Jesuit mission of Loyola College and is an essential aspect of "Men and Women for others".

Student Development provides numerous opportunities for all students to learn about the importance diversity in a variety of ways. Through education, practical experience, programming, and leadership development, we challenge students to examine what it means to lead, learn, and serve in a diverse and changing world.
