The Retreat program offers students the opportunity to take time out from their busy academic and social lives for prayer and discernment. Students frequently must consider major issues of faith, vocation, and identity. The design of our retreats reflects the developmental nature of the young adult's spiritual journey and growth.

Feel free to explore our website and if you have any questions please contact Anne McSweeney at ext. 2768 or amcsweeney@loyola.edu. Anyone interested in attending a Campus Ministry a retreat should Register Online. See our schedule of upcoming retreats and their corresponding registration dates below.

Unless otherwise noted, retreats will be held at our beautiful retreat center, Loyola University Retreat Center.  Located on 20 serene acres in the mountains of Western Maryland, Loyola University Retreat Center offers a peaceful setting where individuals and groups are empowered to do the work necessary for reconnecting and renewing their hearts, minds, bodies and spirits.

The retreat will take place the weekend of November 11 - 13, 2011. Space is limited to about 30 students and will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. Men's Retreat
   March 23-25, 2012

The Men’s Retreat is a time for you to take several days away from campus and hang out with other Loyola men.  During the weekend, you’ll be given the opportunity not only to look at your life by reflecting on your relationships with other men, women, and God, but also to get a better sense of who you are and where you’re going.  It’s a time of insights, soul-searching, and more than a few laughs.  It’s also the best kept secret on campus, although those who have made this retreat typically describe it as one of the most important experiences—if not THE most important experience—they’ve had during their time here at Loyola.  Unfortunately, because of the nature of the retreat,  the weekend is limited to 25 participants and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.  We hope you will consider joining us for what promises to be an unforgettable experience.” Please contact Pat Range at pjrange@loyola.edu or ext 5375 for more information.
