Students are paid every two weeks during the semester provided that all of the following paperwork has been turned in to the Office of Financial Aid:
- Student Employment Agreement (white and yellow copies) This form will be mailed to your campus mailbox prior to your arrival for the fall semester.
- W-4 (new workers only)
- MW 507 (new workers only)
- I-9 (new workers only)
- Direct Deposit Agreement Form with voided check (new workers and returning students who need to update their direct deposit information)
****Please note that if you did not receive student wages during the calendar year of 2006, you will be required to complete the W-4 and MW 507 again.
Students are paid every other Friday for hours worked during the preceding two weeks. The entire pay schedule can be found under Human Resources Student Employee Pay Schedule. Pay advices will be delivered to the student's mailstop (mail box) in the College Center. The student's net pay will already be direct deposited into the financial institution of their choice.
