The institution's commitment to service and justice includes students, staff, faculty and administrators as we work together to develop patterns of life-long service and work for justice. The Center for Community Service and Justice invites employees of the University to consider the following opportunities for service: - UNITE (Urban Needs Introduced Through Experience)
Serve as a Moderator to help run the activities, facilitate discussion and manage logistics of a weekend immersion in Baltimore City.
- SBO (Spring Break Outreach)
Spend spring break week immersed in a community with a small group of students, engaged in service and learning about the issues, concerns and strengths of local residents.
Be one of two Moderators for this ten day immersion program that explores issues on the U.S.-Mexico border.
Participate in a solidarity immersion in El Salvador, learning about the history, economics, politics and life stories of the people in this Central American country.
Opportunities for faculty members to incorporate service into their courses as part of pedagogy.

Help keep our Last Sunday at Beans and Bread and Care-A-Van programs running during the breaks when undergraduate students leave campus.
Donate your resources or time to one of Loyola's many annual collections or programs. These include the VIVA House Bags of groceries and the Presence for Christmas program.
