 SOS Application Process and Forms
To apply, we would like to invite you to share your answers to the following questions. This will help us to select this year's S.O.S. group. - What motivates you to apply for this program?
- Describe how community service is a part of your life.
You will be able to include your responses to these questions as part of the online Application Form. Since this is a selective application process, we ask that you do not send a check after completing your online application. Shortly after the registration deadline, all S.O.S. applicants will be notified whether they have been accepted into the program, and you can send your payment at that time.
