Earned Course Release Confirmation Process

1. Be sure that you have earned a course release by reviewing Loyola's Course Release Policy (Word doc)
2. Download and complete the Earned Course Release Form (Word doc), and then send it to Robin Crews, Director of Service-Learning, who will confirm that you have earned the course release. He will then forward the form to your department chair and dean for their signatures. Once the appropriate signatures have been obtained, the form will be returned to you.
