Course development work is expected to be completed during this semester. - Independent reading of selected materials provided by the Office of Service-Learning
- Informal conversations and discussions with the Director and Associate Director of Service-Learning
- Meeting with an appropriate community partner or partners where students will engage in service for the course
- Integrating service-learning into the course schedule and syllabus
Grantees receive stipends of $1,000 upon completion of a service-learning syllabus and scheduling of their course as a service-learning course. Full-time faculty members are eligible to apply.
