- Attendance at 4 preparatory meetings; 8 PM on Wednesday, Sep.26th in the CCSJ Common Space, Monday, 9 PM on Oct. 8th, 9 PM on Oct. 23rd, and 9 PM on Nov. 7th (locations TBA) - Willingness to room with 2-3 other Loyola delegation members in our hotel accommodations in D.C. - Attendance at a post-trip reflection after Thanksgiving break Optional: - Attendance at a send-off Mass on Friday, November 16th in the Alumni Chapel at 12:10 PM -Attendance at the Commemoration of the Martyrs; time and date TBD Please complete this online registration form by Tuesday, September 25, 2012
