Expectations of Loyola delegation participants:
- Attendance at 3 preparatory meetings: Friday, September 30 from 3:30-4:30 p.m., Friday, October 21 from 3:30-7:30 p.m., and Friday, November 4 from 3:30-5 p.m.
- Willingness to room with 2-3 other Loyola delegation members in our hotel accommodations in D.C.
- Attendance at a send-off Mass on Saturday, November 12 in the Alumni Chapel; time TBD
- Attendance at a post-trip reflection after Thanksgiving break
Optional:
-Attendance at the Commemoration of the Martyrs; time and date TBD
