Grants and Research Opportunities

Get involved in research that supports and strengthens our local and global community! There are a variety of grant opportunities available to fund community-based and social justice research by undergraduates, graduate students, faculty, staff and administrators.

Kolvenbach Summer Research Grants

Loyola College in Maryland offers the Kolvenbach Summer Research Grant to foster and encourage research that strengthens and supports the work of non-profit organizations working in Baltimore and the university’s connection to the community. These $3,500 grants are available to the entire College community: undergraduates, graduate students, faculty, staff and administrators.

Visit the ORSP Web site for an application and additional information.

Summer Justice Scholars Grant Program

The Office of Service-Learning offers the Summer Justice Scholars Grant Program each summer to support and encourage undergraduates to explore a specific question about justice and social change that may emanate from courses they have taken at Loyola. These $500 grants are available to all undergraduate students except graduating seniors.
