| At Loyola, you’ll gain the experiences you need for success after graduation. Chances are, you’ll be one of the 7 out of 10 Loyola students who participate in a practicum, internship or field experience prior to graduation. Many students even participate in more than one internship during their time at Loyola, broadening their experiences and establishing valuable networking connections. Companies often actively seek Loyola graduates, with more than 175 companies sending representatives to campus for employment interviews with graduating students. Plus, more than 100 companies participate in the Career Fair each spring. These resources and opportunities at Loyola have proven invaluable for Loyola students. Within nine months of graduation, more than 90 percent of Loyola students have a job and/or are attending graduate school. More than 70 percent of Loyola’s pre-law and pre-med students are accepted into professional schools. Loyola alumni span the globe and include such famous people as authors Tom Clancy and Mark Bowden and sports announcer Jim McKay.
