There are many ways in which you can explore all that Loyola has to offer. We look forward to seeing you on campus! Please contact the admission office at 800-221-9107, ext. 5012 or at admission@loyola.edu with any questions.
April 14 and April 21
We welcome you and your family to Live LOYOLA, our open house for high school seniors. The program provides a full day of opportunities to meet faculty and representatives from campus organizations as well as time to connect with other students and families considering Loyola University Maryland. In addition, we will offer special interest sessions, time to meet with faculty and students from each academic department, and tours of our facilities. You and your family can investigate extracurricular activities at our information fair, see actual first-year residence halls, and visit the Fitness and Aquatic Center where you could get involved in an array of recreational activities. Throughout the day, Loyola students and staff will be available as you consider Loyola University Maryland your possible home for the next four years. To register, visit www.loyola.edu/live.
Sitting in on a class will give you a firsthand look at the academic life on campus and let you see what it is really like to be a Loyola student in the classroom. We encourage you to sit in on a class that interests you. You may wish to attend a class in your intended major, or perhaps see what one of the core courses entails. Our admission office will coordinate with faculty members to arrange a convenient time for you to join and observe a class that fits your interests. To sign up for a class visit, contact vrichardson@loyola.edu or 410-617-2411.
We offer daily visits on most weekdays, Monday through Friday. The visit includes an introductory video, a general information session by an admission counselor, and question-and-answer period, followed by a student-guided tour of the campus where you will have the opportunity to visit classroom buildings, and dining halls. You may also schedule an informational interview (not required) to sit down one-on-one with an admission counselor and ask any questions you may have about Loyola University Maryland.
April 28
