Basic Kata for Blue through Green Belt
/ \ From ready position, facing front in horse stance
< Move right foot back pivoting 1/4 towards left, into a
left neutral stance, executing left down block then right punch
> Place left foot in front and across right foot (left front snake stance) pivot 1/2 towards right into a
right neutral stance, executing right down block then left punch
/ Pivot 1/4 towards left into a left neutral stance, executing right down block then left punch
/ Perform left front snake pivoting 1/2 towards right into a right neutral stance, executing right down block then left punch
< Pivot 1/4 turn towards left into left neutral stance and execute left upward block then right punch
> Perform left front snake pivoting 1/2 towards right into a right neutral stance, executing right upward block then left punch
/ \ Pivot 1/4 turn towards left into left neutral stance and execute left upward block and right punch
/\ Perform left front snake and pivot 1/2 turn towards right bringing you to face the front; execute right upward block and left punch
/\ Perform walking stance moving left foot bringing you to a left neutral and execute right punch
