2013-2014 Executive Board Applications
The 2013-2014 OPTIONS Executive Board applications are now available! A PDF version of the form is available online. Every application must have at least one applicant recommendation form.
Please use the following information to send to your potential recommender so that they can fill out the form online via Google Docs. Use the online form to assess the various skills, talents, strengths and weaknesses of the applicant as pertains to your knowledge of them as an individual student. These recommendations will be used to supplement the application process which includes a written application as well as an in-person interview with the 2013-2014 OPTIONS Executive Board. All applications must be received by 2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 27, 2013.
